Merkator Group welcomes SIGGIS
Merkator Group continues its expansion with the strategic acquisition of SIGGIS (www.siggis.be). This new milestone builds on the momentum Merkator has gained since joining forces with GIM in June 2022, strengthening its position as the Belgian leader in the Geospatial IT landscape. This is the first acquisition since Sofindev acquired a majority stake in the Company in December 2023.
