Sofindev sells its stake in Mabo Lifting
After a five-year partnership period during which Mabo Benelux doubled in size, Sofindev IV has sold its shares in the Mabo Group to Antwerp-based Buysse & Partners. The investment company thereby acquires a majority stake in Mabo Lifting NV.
