Strategic merger completed: Dynamate and VanRoey merge under the name Dynamate
IT service providers Dynamate and VanRoey have received the green light for their strategic merger. Both companies will consolidate their operations into a single, integrated IT group for managed IT services, which will continue under the name Dynamate. The merger is part of a clear strategic vision: to grow together into a leading, integrated managed IT partner for medium-sized and large organizations and government agencies in Belgium. Services provided to customers will remain unchanged, and there will be no operational impact.
