Founded through the merger of Hillewaert and Espresso Service Dienst (ESD) in July 2024, and strengthened by investment partner Sofindev, CSG combines decades of expertise with a broad network of five locations and over 130 employees.

Hillewaert was established in 1997 by Kris Hillewaert, Patrick Hillewaere, and their spouses, and built a strong reputation in the professional coffee equipment market. The strategic merger with ESD marked the beginning of a new growth chapter under the CSG brand.

CSG is the exclusive Benelux distributor of Franke, a renowned manufacturer of high-quality, intelligent fully automatic coffee machines. The group also distributes manual espresso machines from Faema, crafted in Italy and ideal for demanding baristas seeking a personal touch in their coffee creations.

In recent years, CSG launched its own fully automatic espresso machine under the brand Yunio, designed for small offices, hospitality venues, and even home use. With this complete range of premium machines, CSG is able to offer a total solution to its customers. All brands in the portfolio stand out for their technology, reliability, functionality, and design excellence, placing them among the global top tier in professional coffee equipment.

With over 130 employees and five locations in Belgium (Knokke-Heist, Hasselt, Antwerp) and the Netherlands (Zeewolde, Purmerend), Coffee Service Group (CSG) is the leading player in professional coffee machines and water systems in the Benelux. CSG is a reliable partner for its customers, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and fast service.

Customers can opt for a maintenance contract, ensuring 24-hour intervention and predictable annual costs.
