As the exclusive distributor of Glasliner, Polysto offers unique wall and ceiling systems made from fiberglass-reinforced polyester (FRP), meeting the strictest hygiene standards required in the food industry.

In May 2025, Sofindev acquires KeBeK's majority stake in Polysto and has reached an agreement with Polysto's minority shareholders; Algimo (the Bostoen family), founder Alexandre Moreels and Polysto's management; on a strategic partnership and a (re)capital investment.

With this new partnership, Polysto aims to accelerate its international expansion and strengthen its core activities. Supported by Sofindev, the management team plans to invest further in innovation, expand its distribution network through “master installers,” and grow its customer base. To fuel this growth, future acquisition opportunities will be considered, with a particular focus on complementary market segments such as life sciences.
