Since May 2020, Innovis has been part of WVT Group, distributing cleaning and disinfection products for professional kitchens and food wholesalers under the brand name DIPP Professional. In 2021, WVT Group announced the acquisition of Chemtec, a producer, developer, and distributor of tank cleaning chemicals for the maritime industry.
In 2025, WVT Group further strengthened its position through a strategic partnership with Roam Technology, a family-owned global innovator in sustainable disinfection and hygiene solutions for agriculture, livestock, healthcare, and industry. This partnership was accompanied by the entry of a new financial partner, Siparex, alongside existing investor Sofindev.
