Marc Cosaert Senior Advisor
Marc Cosaert joined Sofindev as Senior Advisor in 2024. During his 38-year career at EY, he was a corporate auditor until 2000 and then co-founding Partner of EY Strategy & Transactions in Belgium with particular focus on M&A. He is co-initiator and founder of Company of the Year. Marc is a member of the Advisory and Steering Committee of Vlerick Impulse Centre for Growth Management of Medium-sized Enterprises (iGMO) and he serves on a number of Advisory Boards or Boards of Directors of growth companies. Marc holds a Master's degree in Commercial Sciences from the Flemish Economics College in 1986.
He is married and father of 1 son and 2 daughters. His interests include mountain biking, skiing and organising events to get entrepreneurs ‘moving’. Marc also supports the non-profit organisation VZW 4Brain, which aims to inform the general public about how to keep your brain healthy, raise awareness about brain disorders and improve the quality of life of patients with brain disorders.
